What do homes cost?
Homes in the August 2026 release range from about $981,000 to $1,183,000, including an upgrade package. Pricing varies by plan and homesite and is subject to change without notice.
Is there a monthly maintenance fee?
Nanahea is a single-family detached condominium community. Estimated initial monthly maintenance fees run roughly $75 to $103 depending on the plan, plus water and sewer usage. Fees are estimates and subject to change.
Are there owner-occupant requirements?
Yes. Homes are subject to Hawaiʻi owner-occupant rules, and an owner-occupant affidavit is required where the law applies. We can walk you through what that means for your purchase.
How are homes sold?
Homes are released in phases and sold first come, first served, subject to approval. Joining the interest list is the best way to hear about the next release early.
